letters "G" and "C" (Guardia Civil). Reverse with loop, tongue and catch.
As worn by the elite Spanish paramilitary police in Cuba, Puerto Rico and
the Philippines between 1867 and 1898, responsible for rural security and
anti insurgent operations. A very won but still scarce buckle. Fair
